This lot has been in varying levels of disrepair.
Since it does have a Metro Impact "coming soon" sign on the fence I reached out to them. Steve has been nice enough to clean up the trash a couple times and he put up the fence at his own expense. According to Steve this lot is still city owned so, again according to him, there is not much he can do.

Another section of fence has either fallen down or been broken down and a whole new load of garbage and other debris has been dumped in to this lot.
If I owned this lot and it was in this condition I am SURE that I would be looking at a nice fat fine from the city. But since it's city owned...
This is an obvious public safety and public health issue and I am appalled it has not been addressed in some way.
